The members of MIDCAHM are
directors and/or coordinators of Hispanic Ministry of the arch/dioceses within the Episcopal Regions VI and VII (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin) or a representative designated by the Bishop.

Committees
Communications.
Oversees the development and coordination of all communications with the MIDCAHM membership and outside the association including the website, social media, and other means of information sharing. Collaborates with the Officers to maintain the historical memory of the organization in archival records of all the activities and events of the organization.
Finance and Development.
Provides financial analysis, advice, and oversight of the Association’s budget. Raises, obtains, and secures sufficient financial resources to sustain the Association.
Formation.
Membership.
Develops and implements strategies to attract new and retain current members. Welcomes new members and facilitates their integration into the Association. Encourages participation in events, activities and volunteer opportunities. Recommend candidates for consideration by the Executive Committee to serve as Officers, or as members of the additional committees, and ensure there is adequate representation on the Executive Board from each state.
